Carlos does a great job keeping you knowledgeable of your treatments. There is nothing like having an exterminator educate on how to control roaches, bedbugs,ants etc. He also follow up with you to make sure the problem is to your satisfaction and all this for an affordable rate. He also is only a phone call away whenever I need him day or night. Even when I am freaking out his smile shows he has it under control.
