Finally the tense period is over. I am so much relaxed now and all credit goes to the guys from Better rate movers. I was never that much nervous before. I have moved NY to MS and as an architect I had to carry my architectural models, as well as some very important designs with me. Any damage would cost me my hard works of years. I was looking for a very specialized company who could move such sophisticated things and thanks God I come to know about Better rate movers. I am speechless to see their professionalism and skillful work. They have loaded my models and designs very carefully and made sure that no damage happens on the way to MS. They have taken the same care while unloading and placed everything in one piece. Really great work. I highly recommended them.

I have heard about how good Better rate movers is. I only believed it when I hired them for my move from New York, NY to Nashville, TN. There was nothing the movers couldn’t do. They carried huge pieces of furniture so easily. I was astonished seeing how strong and calculative those men were. Their packing skills were great. The proof came when they delivered every item undamaged to my new house. The money they charged was very reasonable as well.

New York City has been home for as long as I could remember. But when the Miami Beach calls, you run! I ran too. Alongside me ran Better rate movers. They had the responsibility of transferring my valuable stuffs, and I have a lot of them, to Florida. They were suggested by a dear friend and they really meant business. All the men were so well trained that I just knew all my goods would be safe in their hands. They wrapped everything perfectly and carried them downstairs from my 3rd storied apartment with ease. I didn’t even have to wait till the last day of delivery. They delivered everything 2 days before the latest date I had provided. I felt overall very satisfied with the service I received.

But better rate movers broke those norms when they conducted my move from New York, NY to Sioux City, IA. They knew what to do and how to do it. Their efficiency and honesty surprised me. They packed everything in a jiffy and finished the loading process very responsively. The delivery was made on time and surprisingly, I received all my items completely undamaged. Not even one piece suffered the slightest of damage. They promised to arrive on time and deliver as soon as possible. The crew arrived right on time and the delivery was made on the first day. I am thoroughly impressed with these guys.

Seriously, what everyone else has to say about Better rate movers is true! They are fabulous! I needed to get some movers at the last minute (less than 1 week notice) to move from NY to TN. Jason gave me a quote based on my description of the volume of stuff I had to move, and he was spot on. The guys were on time, courteous, efficient, and almost super human. NOTHING was broken. The guys helped by packing some of my loose odds and ends into the extra wardrobe boxes they had brought before loading up into the truck. I wholeheartedly recommend these guys.

I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. Their movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days.

My wife swore that she would never leave New York. But life takes you to the strangest of places. After deciding to downsize, my wife and I decided to move to Philadelphia. We were moving on a very busy weekend and finding a moving company was like looking for needle in a hay stack. After weeks of calling, we finally secured an appointment with Better rate movers. Their crew of 4 men arrived right on time on the moving day. The movers had more appointments that day and so they were very fast at the job. I imagined they would be quite tired but they showed no sign of fatigue whatsoever. They carried big pieces of furniture with ease and it took them only 3 hours to finish the whole thing. The delivery was made the next day as requested. One of my wife’s stuffed owls suffered a damaged head but everything else traveled just fine. This move would have been absolutely impossible without these guys!

It is almost impossible to find good services for cheap these days. Better rate movers still gives you really good value for the money you pay them. The movers pack everything into boxes as if packing is their passion. They carry huge pieces of furniture like they carry their wives. None of belongings are less important to them. Everything receives the same amount of attention and care. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. I know all this because they made my last move absolutely perfect and charged me too little for it.
