Extremely unprofessional. Totally deserved their F rating from BBB. Check out all the complaints. They dropped the one branch they cut right on my fence, and crushed it as well as my philodendron plant. Never came back to fix it the next day. My dog can't hang out in the yard, and my privacy plant is gone, looking right into my neighbor window. Shady work. Do not recommend. Beware of fake reviews, Check BBB complaints.
