I had used this site in assisting me in finding a good, and professional carpet cleaning service since it has been quite a while since I have gotten my carpets cleaned. The reviews were great, I had decided in just trying a new company out...little did I know that this would be my company for life! I had spoken to a few people from their office, from booking my cleanings, to follow ups and then from the owner; I had even received a courtesy email telling me what I needed to do prior to the cleaning. The person whom was servicing my place had quite a long day before he got to me, the last stop. I would had reached the point of exhaustion...but not this guy, he was a soldier and you could not tell he was even a little bit tired. Great energy from this guy! It also appears that a problem stain which I have had for awhile now is is gone and nowhere to be found! Thank you for your positiveness and your thoroughness in cleaning. Work well done!
