I wish I had checked out this site before I ordered from PUFFNUGGS I purchased the new sabre The one I received does not work I have sent 5 emails just asking for help NO REPLY I wonder how a site that does not look after its customers stays in business I just want to be treated FAIRLY come on PUFFNUGGS rebuild your customers service department and regain respect

customer service sucks i put down my wrong email and ive been emailing puff nuggs and i get no response they say that they respond within 12 hours thats bs they dont even have a customer service number to call wtf poor customer service dont buy with these guys.......

This Medi-Puff is a wonderful device...It works exactly as advertised...I did have a problem at first with the recharger but they were quick to issue a brand new one within 4 days...I would recommend this product to anyone…GG

I recommend that you do not buy from this outfit. The one they sent me did not work and I couldn't get them to return my emails with any info. on how to get a replacement. Also, any correspondence I did get from him was incoherent. He must be smokin' instead of doing a legit business. Total idiots with no sense of customer service. Just say NO THANKS, and move on!!!!! You'll save yourself $$$$ and the head ache!
