Creating tasty dishes for every palate! We come from a line of what one would call "old school" chefs. My style of cooking is than normal self-taught, kitchen cooking. I put different flavors together and see what I come up with. "Flavor is more than just salt and pepper I remember my being told once" and I've never forgotten it.
