I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I not once gave them any issues besides I was not happy with the first photo session that went wrong, but neither was the photographer. I explained that a negotiation would have sufficed, but that still was too much of a compromise. $65 for services I never received is absurd, especially since the problem was not on my end.
