Capturing light. Illuminating life. Doug Birkenheuer is highly regarded as an exhibiting fine art photographer whose works are highly sought and collected by individuals, galleries, magazines, private collections and corporate environments throughout the US and abroad. Doug has been photographing people since 1988 upon finishing an Associate degree at the Antonelli Institute for photography in Cincinnati, OH. Since 1994 he has resided in Chicago and has shared his talent and passion at the Art Institute with 5 photography courses. Today, Doug works out of his Roscoe Village studio producing Portraits, Headshots, and his ever-evolving Artistic Vision.
