Worst tax experience I have ever had! Rick is not knowledgable on many tax subjects even though he claimed to be. He initially stated he would do my taxes for $250.00 maybe a little more because of my investment accounts. He than notified me my tax preparation fee would be $600.00. When I told him I would not pay that amount and I was coming to get my paperwork, he got very angry. He refused to let me have my tax documents back until I paid him. I refused to carry on the conversation with him and hung up. He called back 30 minutes later and agreed to a price of 300.00. I paid him and told him not to efile until I reviewed his work. I than took my taxes to HR block for a second look and with the same paperwork I gave Rick, I ended up paying 1250.00 dollars less than his work said I needed to. Rick tax service was the worst tax experience of my life!! Do not use his services!!!
