Steven drove up from my town to do what was a fairly minor repair on my gate. Showed up exactly when he said he would, didn't charge extra for mileage, didn't whine about it. Was HAPPY to be helping me out. Charged a pittance, did more than I asked for, did a beautiful job fixing the problem, and I am thrilled. I will NEVER call anybody else again to fix my gate. I'm just so sorry I didn't find him till now.
