This company and Rodney Payton replaced my septic system pump. It didn’t last a year. When I called them back for service, they came out, looked at it, but left without making the repair. Now, he won’t answer his phones and he won’t return my calls. In the meantime, my septic system has been overflowing for more than a month! I called Greene County Public Health Department to file a complaint and they informed me that Mr. Payton’s companies, Koogler’s Sanitation Services and A-1 T.R.K. Sanitation Services are not licensed or registered to do business in Greene County. They also informed me they have received other complaints about Mr. Payton similar to mine. No one should do business with Mr. Payton’s sanitation companies. The $660.00 I paid them was a waste of money and since finding out they are not approved by Greene County to do this kind of work, I intend to sue in an effort to recover what they charged me.
