When we first contacted this company, we were very impressed with the director of operations who came to our home. He was polished, professional and had great ideas. We hired the company for a complete remodel of our bathroom. After they had our money, everything changed. Phone calls and text messages went unanswered, and when I was finally called back after demanding answers I was told not to call anymore because they didn’t have time to call me back “every time I had some little problem.” They made numerous verbal promises which were broken again and again. They did not begin work until 6 weeks after the contract was signed, and the “3 week” remodel project is still not complete after 9 weeks of sporadic, unpredictable, unprofessional work. They were paid a substantial amount of money, and we are losing a significant portion of it for the sake of severing ties with the arrogant and inappropriate behavior of their director of operations and employees. I would never recommend them to anyone for any type of work. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare.

Thanks to Dynasty for helping me renovate my bedroom. It was recommending tome by my friend and had immediately called the company. They sent a surveyor and gave me suggestions for my room. We agreed on the actual schedule and their men arrived that exact day. They were well equip when they arrived and proceeded for the job. I wasn't expecting that they just made it the least time I anticipated. Even more attractive than I expected! I love my new room, thanks to Dynasty! Surely and strongly suggestive!
