When we were 1st researching exterminators, we had picked one and scheduled them to treat the house. A day later, i'm still researching and happened upon an interview one of your guys did with the Gothamist. Immediately, I cancelled the other appt and called you. You were very kind, patient, thorough and accessible. You had hooked us. Then, you send Bill out and he is THE BEST! We then learn that he was the guy in the interview! Too good!
