My fiancé and I have been coming to HomeFit since 2012. We were referred by a friend and have stuck with it because the workouts are challenging, but fun. The Boot Camp Instructor, Erin Gentry, has a wonderful gift - she is motivational, encouraging and has created a family within HomeFit. I come to the Boot Camps because I know that every time I will know someone and will be surrounded and supported by everyone. The trainers at HomeFit know me - they know my name, they know my strengths and they pay attention and remember things about me outside of this building. Our personal trainer Brandon is always so supportive. He challenges me and makes me work - but he also understands if I'm having an off day. Even if I don't feel like working out, or giving my all - I leave this place feeling accomplished. No one has ever made me feel bad about me - only inspired to be better. They honesty care about me as a person, and have my back in all of my adventures. I'm proud to be a part of the HomeFit family. It really is a truly special place full of truly amazing people!

I just wanted to give a shout out to my trainer, Keoni. We have been working together for several months and he is prompt, dependable, and always prepared with a challenging workout. He is friendly and personable, not only with me but with any others that are in my workout room. I have noticed positive changes in my body shape and have much more energy which has enabled me to do much more volunteer work at my Church and give back to my community. I am also watching what I eat and try to make healthy choices. I feel my workouts with Keoni have and will continue to improve my quality of life. Thank you, K.

Can I give a quick shout-out to my boy, Keoni? I started working out with him last August and see a noticeable difference in my body. My weight has stayed the same, but clothes look and fit better and I am much more toned and muscular. Keoni has been terrific. He brings to his job, a wealth of knowledge and most important for me, fun! I love meeting him for a workout without having any idea what could be in store for the next hour. My old fitness routine was redundant and boring, causing me to give up and burn out. Not anymore...each session is completely different and that makes me actually look forward to working out! He is very encouraging and supportive. Thanks, Keoni!

Clark and Erin have are always pushing me to my limit try to challenge me at every workout. Their positive attitudes help me push through a tough workout and I always feel amazing when it's over. I never could have accomplished my fitness goals without them. They believed in me and together I've achieved a physique I only ever dreamed of before.

When I first came to Home fit I was skeptical about the whole thing, I had always wanted to lose weight and get healthy but any attempts made were always an epic fail, but I decided to give it a shot, and I am so glad I did! I have been working with Ali since late January and the results I have gotten are amazing, I have lost over 30lbs and several inches. Ali gave me what I needed which was direction. He has given me a meal plan that I follow a workout that pushes me, and a foundation to build on. I can say that the best thing I have gotten through working with Ali and attending the best boot camp around is the confidence to keep working hard and believe in myself. Rachael Bohnert

My super, awesome trainer, Erin Monfre, asked me to set a goal for the month of April. Since I couldn't decide on just one, I set three. 1) Physical- get under 200 pounds! This was an ambitious goal such that it would require to lose around 17 pounds in one month. This would also be a huge milestone in that I have not been under 200 pounds since middle school! 2) Fitness- run the mini-marathon in under 2 hours and 30 minutes. 3) Nutrition- commit to following a specific meal plan for 30 days. I met all three goals during the month of April! I weighed in at 199.8 pounds, putting me at a total weight loss of 57 pounds and total fat loss of 12% (in 9months!!!)! I ran the mini in 2 hours and 15 minutes; during that I ran my fastest 5k, 10k, and 10 miler! I also followed a healthy meal plan for 30 continuous days!!! Each month has been a milestone as I've gotten to watch my body change (I've gone from a size 20 to a size 12) and get stronger each day! I would not have seen any of these results or hit any of these goals without the constant support, advice, training, and encouragement from my trainer, Erin Monfre. Erin is always positive and continually pushing me to do and be my best! I always have so much fun at each session (even when she is kicking my butt) and I seriously look forward to EVERY workout! My workout has become my favorite time of the day! Thank you, Erin Monfre, for all that you do, you have such an impact on so many people! You've changed my life for the better!

I signed up with HomeFit Personal Training in April of 2013. I was 58, with moderate arthritis in both knees from years of running. I could not go down stairs without pain, nor could I stand up from a sitting position without assistance. I was about 15 pounds over my desired weight. I first met Anthony, one of the owners, and Michael, the staff physical therapist. Their attentiveness and candor were impressive, and the personal trainer chosen for me could not have been a better match. Brandon’s focus and commitment to my healing has created a passion within that has grown nonstop. He has spent hours developing exercise routines which I faithfully follow, yet he will not mince words when he sees me following behind in any area. He has helped he change my life. Seven months later, I’ve lost 13 pounds; better yet, both my agility and mobility have been completely restored. My knees are strong again, and I can run up and down stairs with ease and jump up from a chair without grabbing onto something for stability. Most importantly, there is NO PAIN! Even my sports medicine physician has been impressed with my progress. I cannot thank Brandon enough, nor can I stop shouting kudos to HomeFit to everyone I see. HomeFit is a group of honorable, dedicated, young professionals who are experts in fitness and health training. They are also experts in changed lives, for which they have my highest regard and respect.
