I had a sewer backup on a Sunday night and after getting several other companies answering services I called Pro Tech Sewer and Drain and spoke directly to Blake the owner and service tech, he gave me a price right over the phone and was at my house in less than 1 hour. He used boot covers when walking in my house and was extremely professional. He explained exactly what he had done and made some suggestions for preventative cleaning to keep roots from the line. I would be happy to recommend him to any friends or family

I own a home on Skiff St. in North Haven and needed my leader drain system video inspected and cleaned out in the back of my house so I got 3 estimates from other companies after Pro Tech gave me a flat rate price on the phone and his price was nearly half of most of the estimates. His work was complete and each step was explained. He ended up locating 2 very bad root intrusions 20 ft apart and gave another great price for a repair which he completed last Wednesday.

Blake is very well spoken and did an absolutely wonderful job locating our septic tank and then digging up all 3 lids, he cleaned the inlet, the outlet to the distribution box then installed risers over each tank lid. I will use him and recommend him to everyone in the future!
