This Company is the MOST dysfunctional property management company. They assumed what the renters/tenants said about Me the Owner, which was false. They did not post notices, they did not do walk-thrus, they refused to hire maintenance, they would not return my calls, emails, txt messages and the Owner Mr.Chapman was angry when I contacted him by cell phone. He never responded to my emails directed to him. I also never received one bit of paper stating all financial transactions. This company is the "Worst" property management company in the Antelope Valley.
