Fantastic, caring business! We were heading to a UCF game and my serpentine belt shredded on the 417. Hoped to find a shop that could help us that late in afternoon. Oviedo Auto Repair closes at 6 but when we rolled in at 5:40 pm they did not turn us away. After two Parts calls, got it delivered before closing. Even though I live in DeBary, thought about leaving it overnight and picking up in the morning. They were so considerate and dedicated that they started to work to replace belt so we could continue on to the game. From arrival to leaving with a new belt, it took 1 1/2 hours to complete. That is 1 hour after hours. Kevin was fantastic and got moving quickly on the part, Robert the owner, did not hesitate to stay open to help us out and Randall worked hard replacing belt even though the car under the hood was quite hot from the shredding. This is the kind of Repair shop that you thought no longer existed. Took overtime and did a quality job! Thank you gentlemen, so much. Your service was greatly appreciated.
