Horrible customer service here. Requested flight pricing for an international round trip as a part of a group. I am right at 7' tall and would have liked the upgrade option so I emailed Peter. I was quoted almost $1500 extra to upgrade which was out of my price range. Two weeks later my group found upgrades for $750 and I never heard anything from Peter, but assumed this had to be a mistake. When I contacted him to confirm he told me those are sold out now and my price would still be over $1000. I understand flight pricing fluctuating however the lack of communication is unacceptable in my opinion. Contact them at your own risk, and follow up often!
