Do Not Hesitate Much Longer In Establishing A Trust. From the time we attended John Potter seminar in Charlotte, my wife and I knew that we were in the right track to finally completing the Living Trust that we have been putting off for years. Johns seminar brought up situations and matters that we had not thought of previously; wealth preservation for the benefit of our children and possibly our grandchildren was paramount to us. John Potter has been terrific in the entire way in the process of establishing a trust and handling other legal matters. He is patient, honest, attentive, timely & very professional with trusted wisdom and guidance. Not only is he interested in the proper handling of your financial matters, he is interested in retaining your non financial legacy for the benefit of your beneficiaries and beyond. He is someone that I would not hesitate in referring to other for this most important matter in ones lives.

Exceptional and Understanding Leadership We attended Potter Law Firm Estate Planning Seminar and signed up for a Consultation, realizing from John’s presentation that we did have concerns, that we had questions about. We found John to be very personable, professional, capable and understanding of our needs and how to safeguard our estate wishes. We don’t have a large state, which we wondered if we even needed a Trust; but with John’s guidance we found that protecting our children’s interest was key and we feel very confident in his handling our plan.
