I enjoyed my visit here at complete medical

Alexander Mandel PT’s first concern was how the staff treated me. Quality is definitely a priority at this facility and carried through until the very end. I appreciated the hands on treatment. He believes in hands-on treatment not just machines, unlike other Physical Therapists that do that with me. This is my new Physical Therapist (replacing an 8yrs. Therapist) Monique O.

I went to Alexander Mandel the Physical Therapist. He was excellent. He has a very hands on approach to treament which I love. When I went to other facilities, they use these big equipments which only help me when I'm there and if I not there, how do I do my PT routines? But at Complete Medical NY, Alexander helps me to use my own weight to aid in my recovery. He gives me certain stretches and which I can do at home because there are no equipment needed. Plus Alexander is kind and so is the office staff. Love them all.

It was a great experience, felt very welcomed and comfortable while visiting.. they definitley treated me like family and the staff is amazing. really friendly and open to any questions or concerns

I was very lucky when I found this office and was able to go here for my Physical Therapy. My lower back feels so much better since I've been coming here. And it's available 4 times a week. Monday through Thursday.

DR. Alexander Mandel Was great, super professional and attentive. The staff at the front desk was super nice and helpful. I was seen in less than 10 min after arriving. Overall great experience

Dr. Alexander Mandel was great! Very open and friendly and listened to all my concerns with an open mind. At no point did I feel uncomfortable with him. And the clinic seems like very family style spot. Definitely my new doctor.

DR. Mandel Is an excellent Doctor. I am sending all my family and friends to his office. He is very attentive, caring and intelligent. I never feel like he is rushing me out the door, he takes the time to listen and explain everything. He's one of a kind!
