My husband and I visited on a Friday night. We love local restaurants and eat out about 5/6 nights a week. We've been driving by and waiting for Cholulas to open. The staff greeted us with friendly attitudes even at our 8:45 p.m. arrival! We enjoyed wonderful, fresh, extremely tasty food. The owners came out and greeted us themselves. We were given dessert samples and left with an abundance of leftovers. The portions are tremendous! You can tell, by taste, the authenticity of this cooking! We enjoyed our food and experience so much that we took a party of 23 back on Sunday. The prices are reasonable, the customer service for a large party was not a challenge for the staff, and the food was again EXCELLENT! One of our new favorites!
