Don't recommend them at all! They post about getting a high efficiency system (14 SEER or higher) but chances are, they won't give you what they tell you they are going to! We decided to go with them because they verbally promised a higher efficiency unit for our system install, equipped with rebates and tax credits. What they installed was only a 13 SEER, which is the LOWEST the government allows to be installed now...and doesn't qualify for ANY rebates/credits so we're SOL on $1100 we thought we were saving by choosing RTF. Not to mention, they charged our credit card for far more than we expected and a month later, they still haven't sent an invoice. I've requested it several times and just get ignored. Very disappointed on their treatment of someone who just spent over $12,000 on this-especially when we could have gone elsewhere!
