I was skeptical about the claims of savings, but decided to try it- especially since they offer 90 day money back guarantee. Their valve- they call it "The Smart Valve"- has now been installed in 11 properties that we own/manage, and the savings have shown on average 17% reduction in consumption. We pay for sewerage charges based on consumption in most buildings, and the money saved is very significant. No problems after we installed their valve. Management is very professional.
