I had work done on my house not too long ago. I found your company information on this website and decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised when the technician showed up early to our appointment. Originally I was going to have all the locks changed on my house since my front door lock broke. The technician, however, recommended that I only replace the broken lock and simply re-key the other locks to match it! He saved me a bunch of time and money. Not too long ago I got locked out of my company van. This was even more of a problem since I was on the way to a clients house and was already late, so I didn't want to call my boss and tell her. I found the information for Norfolk Locksmith 24/7 online and decided to give them a call just to see how expensive it was. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and the price I was quoted was so small that I knew I had to atleast try it. The guy got out to me quickly and within moments of him getting there I was back in my van and on my way to the job. It was also really great that they accepted cards since I never have cash on me. I had just finished grocery shopping and was loading my bags into my trunk when I noticed after I shut my trunk that I no longer had my keys in my hand. I stood in the parking lot for a good 5 minutes wondering what to do before finally finding the number to Norfolk Locksmith 24/7. The person that I spoke with was very understanding and helpful. They were able to get a technician out to me within 20 minutes. Once the guy was there he had me in my car within a few minutes and I was on my way home.
