Do not use Bradley Beavers of Beavers Built Construction. Took our money and did not do the work agreed upon in the contract. Dishonest and does not care about people just how he can get another quick buck and leave you with nothing. After he got his down payment he never did the work promised. He will screen your call so if you have to get ahold of him use a different number. If you are successful at tricking him to answer (which he will if he thinks it isn't you but another opportunity to take someone's money) he gives you empty promises and never shows. Do yourself a favor and don't even call him because he is all talk and his company is a joke. If he does con you into doing some work, because he is a smooth talker, ask for references and go see his past work. He will be reluctant to give you any references because he will be hard pressed to have any satisfied customers.
