Quite frankly the best coin store I've ever been to. Very relaxed, professional, safe, and secure. Al and John helped me with a rather large collection of mine. They quoted me at least 20% more than the three other shops I went to. My Mom sold her scrap gold to them and she was very happy with the transaction. This is the place to go, don't waste your time elsewhere.

After taking the time to research all the coin dealers in ChicagoLAnd, I came to the conclusion that Gold And Jewelry Direct was the most competitive and would give me the best deal. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a nice young gentleman who was extremely helpful. There was another man there (introduced himself as Albert, assuming he is the owner) who was happy to take the time to answer my questions in such great depth. I left feeling like I know all there is to know about gold and silver coins! I have a ways to go in learning all there is to know about coins, but these guys helped me off to a wonderful start! I know where to always go to have my coin needs taken care of. Albert told me to call any time I had a question but didn't have time to stop by the store. Great staff!!!

I needed my wedding ring re-plated and they not only answered the phone before business hours, but they let me come in before they opened as well. They did a very thorough job of cleaning, plating and shining my ring, at a very reasonable rate (I had gotten my rings from a different jeweler in another state). They were super friendly and nice to me and my two kids, and I will gladly do business with them again.
