This place is over crowded , very dirty and not actually a very clean environment at all it could be improved on without any cost I have no idea why they let it look like this , not a good environment for people to be uplifting at all

We’re sorry to hear that your recent visit did not meet your expectations. At our facility, we take cleanliness very seriously. Common areas are cleaned twice daily, and we are one of the few Residential Health Care Facilities that provide daily housekeeping services in every room. We serve a population with chronic needs, which can sometimes present unique challenges, but we are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all. While your comments come as a surprise, we take them seriously and have reviewed our cleaning protocols with our housekeeping team to ensure standards are upheld.
