I wrote another review on their website and came back to check for it... Its funny how you don't see it anywhere on their site. All you can find are A - A+ reviews. We are still cleaning glue off floor, installer very unprofessional, rushed through job, poor workmanship. I've spent over $10k with Beyond Floor and will never recommend Harvin or Beyond Floor. Installers came, discussed in Spanish (thinking I didn't understand) that they didn't want to move the furniture, how small the bathroom was and how hard the installations would be. Made disgusting remarks about my wife and her private parts! Then when they lifted up my carpet, tore out parts of the pad, threw them into my kitchen, then told me they thought there was asbestos there and would cost $3000 extra to remove it! Two other contractors came over, found no trace of asbestos and said the guys at Beyond Floor were the worst company in Charlotte to do business with! They finished the floor 2 months later after I told Harvin he was wrong about the asbestos, they left debris all over my house destroyed my furniture and one of the installers sprayed my dog with our garden house and laughed while he tortured my dog! I ran out and kicked him off my property! He called me a stupid gringo and laughed then finally left after I threatend to call the police! Worst experience with a contractor in my entire life.
