Thompson Electricians has installed a power point for us. It is a single-phase power point that's wired from an existing three-phase circuit. He knew exactly what needs to be done, and did with minimum of interruption more that he promised. We can't be any happier than this.

Needed a light fitting replaced, but ended up finding out that the problem was much more serious, the wiring itself was burnt due to an electrical fire. Despite this, Thompson Electricians didn't charge any extra for the unexpected hurdle, and got the job done efficiently. Super friendly, fair and definitely concerned about customer service. Would definitely recommend them.

We called Thompson Electricians last week because some lights and appliances in the house have been flickering or turning themselves off randomly for very short periods every few days. A most annoying and baffling situation. He did all he could to trace the source, including checking the power switchboard and adjusted what he could within the house.He and we can't yet be sure the problem is fixed but if it occurs again this will indicate the origin lies outside our property and the power company will need to deal with it. He has offered to speak with them if necessary.He was so interested in the outcome that he has asked us to inform what happens even if the lights no longer flicker!While making his call we asked him to replace a broken light switch in the kitchen and to install a new light outside the front door. He did these tasks with his customary good humour and helpfulness.
