I had a great experience with Monarca Movers. The move was really simple, but the guys were completely professional and treated me like a long time customer. Most of my stuff was already packed by the time the movers arrived, but I was not completely ready to go. When I told the movers about this, they told me to just point out the items that they could start loading while I finished up. By the time the movers had loaded all of the furniture, I had packed my last couple of boxes and they loaded those as well. At my new apartment, we had to use a freight elevator, but the movers had no problem with this. I simply gave them the key to the elevator and showed them where my new apartment was located. By the end of the two hours, Monarca's movers had completely moved me into my new apartment.

Moving my one bedroom was never as easy as it was with Monarca. They were great from the start since the office made sure to call me a day before my move for a final confirmation. On the day of the move, the movers actually arrived on time and quickly started working. The movers were hardworking guys that did an amazing job, and they made sure that nothing was damaged throughout the entire process. When it came time to make the payment, there were not hidden fees at all, and I got a receipt on the spot after paying with my credit card. Moreover, the offer later e-mailed me with an electronic copy of my receipt and to thank me for choosing them for my move. In the end, I was really happy with Monarca since they treated me with great respect as a customer!
