Fight and Fitness MMA is awesome! The instructors really know their stuff and make the classes fun. Walter Kimmel is a fantastic head instructor and sets the tone for the entire school. The students are welcoming and everyone tries to help. The kids and wife love it too. My entire family trains here from 4-53 years old and we all love it. Thank you Mister Kimmel for pushing me to be my best. It's not easy though, so be ready to train and get a good sweat when you go!
