“Alicia maintains a positive attitude and takes a ‘can-do’ approach to any task. She wrote a curriculum for a new course at Roane State, and her excitement in realizing the positive impact the course would have on the lives of students was infectious. She also wrote the curriculum for two student workshops, tasks that required coordinating with specific faculty. She navigated the job in exemplary fashion. She then helped facilitate the workshops, both of which received very favorable student evaluations. Again, the college continues to build upon the strong foundation she provided....Not only does Alicia learn new skills efficiently, she is also excellent in teaching others.
