No service after the sale. I was excited to find Michael Rich. He seemed like he really knew the business and stressed quality is key. I made the investment and purchased one of his new machines. About 3k and I had problems within a year. I understand things happen and I was disappointed but not mad at him. I just wanted to get the machine repaired. Here comes the problem, he refuses the provide service on the machine. I do not uderstand if it's because he doesn't know how to repair the machine or he simply doesn't care to provide service after the sale. I would have more respect for him if he would just be straight with me instead of jerking me around. I have messages dating back over 2 years saying, sorry I haven't been able to make it, I will be there this afternoon, tomorrow, next week or whatever it may be. I change my plans to be available and he just never follows up. It's almost like this is some cruel game he likes to play. I've been more than patient and upset that I spent so much money on a classic arcade multi game that didn't even make it a full year without issues. I'm stuck with this machine in my house that I can't use and can't move due to health issues. This was a Christmas gift for my kids and I enjoyed it as well. My kids have asked me to get it repaired for so long and I've tried but he simply plays constant games of I'm coming as soon as I finish here or tomorrow, next week, etc etc. I will be gathering all communication and posting here if allowed.
