LockhartRoyce came through and got the job done. We are bed bug free for 4 months and I am beyond happy. The team is super professional, knowledgeable, and caring to say the least. The owner spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me customizing a treatment an to accommodate our specifics (pregnant wife and 2 pets) and asked so many questions that I thought he was writing a book. But I didn't mind because I know more details for him means he will be able to do a better job. They promised a follow up and came through as well as staying in contact with us way after that. Just a stand up crew - very happy!
