Referred to Ideal by my physician because of some back issues that I have been having and they have been like a godsend. My PT (Yelene E.) was very patient, knowledgeable, caring and personable. She explains every part of the process so I have a better understanding. She even took the time to find out how I manage my day to help identify areas that I can do things better to avoid re-injuring myself. It's great that if I arrive early they take me right in if they aren't working on another patient. I've never had to wait as they are always on time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
