I DO NOT RECOMMEND....Robert was unbelievably rude. We called told them what was wrong with our samsung fridge Robert came out opened the doors and then asked us what side wasnt working, oh i dont know since the fridge is registering at 60 degrees probably the fridge then shuts the door writes something then says we will need to order parts. My elderly father asks him why he didnt have the parts already since we already told him what was wrong with the fridge and he didnt have to take it apart to figure it out just looked at it and confirmed the temp. Well Roberts response was ridiculous he started saying he doesnt have to deal with this deal with what so i chimed in i said sir hes simply asking you a question you knew in advance what was wrong why didnt you bring parts? He then turns around starts walking out the door saying he doesnt have time for this, he doesnt have to deal with this with what questions isnt that your job. I will never use them and never recommend them to anyone. Update.. called Home Depot because they recommended them thru the warranty program and they informed us that they have had numerous bad reviews about him lately and that he said he will not service our fridge so because he couldnt answer an elderly mans question about why he didnt have the parts and how long it would take to get them and have a working fridge but he was too bothered to answer. PATHETIC
