When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Parker Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment.
