I just bought a new house and wanted to change the locks before I moved my stuff in. My new neighbor suggested I call Master Locksmith Store. Great service from these guys! I needed new deadbolts and Eric believed I’d do well to get a Mul-T-Lock installed. He even offered me a great deal on it. I needed something that would match the color of the rest of the locks. . I feared that I’d have to wait for weeks for a custom order in the specific color to arrive. Thankfully, Eric had a huge collection in his van and I found the match in no time. Great service! I hired Master Locksmith Store for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Master Locksmith Store, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. Master Locksmith Store was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Woodbury Heights, NJ are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true).
