To support the highest quality of granite or engineered stone countertop projects, Countertop Express has invested in state of the art fabrication equipment and sophisticated computer technology, including: CNC production processing and edge and face polishers. Our crews are led by craftsmen who have years of experience in the stone industry. Our measuring, fabrication and installation techniques enable us to produce exact specifications for a custom fit that consistently exceeds the expectations of our customers. The Express Process... 1. Call us for a free quote or stop by We will set up an appointment to come over to your home to give you a concrete quote. Our trained sales staff always comes prepared with a bunch of samples to choose your products: cabinets, tiles and or countertops. 2. Accept the Quote Once you feel comfortable and ready to commit to the project, we require a 65% deposit when the contract is signed and/or when we come to template. 3. Template (Countertops) Within 48 hours of signing with us, we will contact you to arrange your measure/template. 4. Fabrication (Countertops) We take your template, set it on top of the granite slab, and then cut the pieces out. Once cut, your pieces are sent over to the “fabricator.” The fabricator shapes your edge profile using a router and/or grinding stones. He also cuts out the sinks and grinds the roughness of the stone down. Your granite pieces pass one more craftsmen, the polisher.
