Answered the phone right away when I called their number 804-596-3262 and provided me an ETA. The technician arrived as per schedule. Drives up to my place on a well-stocked mobile workshop that had all the tools he needed. I needed a replacement key for the lock, and he managed to find the right key blank and crafted one right in front of my eyes. He also stuck to the quoted price and didn’t charge a penny more. Would definitely call Amber Locksmith Store again! Number one in Sandston..

Locked out late at night, and Isaac arrived quickly after I called - such a nice guy! He got me in to my apartment super quick and was so kind. I'd recommend Amber Locksmith Store , specifically Isaac, to anybody in this predicament! GREAT service.

Got locked out of my apartment at 6:30 pm and called my usual locksmiths who were dodgy about the price. Saw Online rating for nearby Amber Locksmith Store and called. David quoted me a reasonable standard price and was there promptly. He opened the door in no more than 3 minutes with no damage to the lock, and as a courtesy replaced both my cylinder and previously bent lower lock plate. He even gave me knew knob. All in less than 15 minutes. Mad skills and unheard of service level. Believe the hype!
