Finally, I’ve found a locksmith that’s professional, skilled, courteous, honest and affordable – and that’s Community Locksmith Store. I’ve had my share of bitter experiences with random locksmiths in South Windsor, CT in the past, and I’d almost accepted it as the norm, but the team at Community Locksmith Store changed my mind. Earlier, I used to spend around two-hundred bucks for my annual lock maintenance check, but I barely paid a third of it. Mike was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He walked us through how to repair our lock over the phone. If we ever need any further services we are definitely returning to Community Locksmith Store.

First, I live in the South Windsor, CT and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Community Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Community Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

John was soooo helpful! He just asked me a few questions over the phone, had me sent him some pics and the next thing I know I'm installing my own locks! Saved me the cost of coming out to do it. We had Community Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys. Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!

Very Good service. Professional and veery courteous. Got me out of a jam that was my own making. Thought I could do it myself. Terry did in 30 minutes what took me several hours and all I did was mess things up. Worth every dime! You don't mind paying when you get the service. Pleasant people as well. called Community Locksmith Store because my lock had become somewhat corroded... Keys were not fitting in easily. A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)

I called Community Locksmith Store on a Monday night and soon enough Jason called me back to schedule the appointment. We had an emergency situation and he was able to get to us in less than 30 minutes. Great service, extremely professional, good prices and on top of it all he's a genuinely nice guy.
