Nearly every other locksmith I’d called up in Santa Ana, CA asked me to bring the lock to their shop. Apparently, they only provided on-call service for big issues. By big, I knew they meant those issues where they had the chance to make big money. I had a lot of other things to take care of at home and I just couldn’t run around town trying to get the lock fixed. Frustrated, I kept calling a few numbers I found on the net, but to no avail. There were a few that stated ridiculously high call-out charges. Finally I landed up on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com, and to my relief, these guys agreed to come take a look. My wife lost the key and fob to my car. This was the 4th business I called to get a quote to come out and reprogram a key and key fob. Dave came out within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly got to work and asked if I wanted the key fob as well and showed me the same type I had before. The whole service was about half of what the 3 other places quoted me. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Central Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. He explained the bill to me which was just as expected. He was efficient and got the job done right! Would use them again in a heartbeat! The best Locksmith Company in Santa Ana, CA.

I don’t think I’d be doing justice to them if I didn’t add on to the mountain of good reviews already here! Last month, I locked my keys in the car. But it wasn’t the reason why I was so upset. With the keys, I’d also locked my pet dog within the car. For a moment there, I contemplated smashing the windows and rescuing Tim, but I know there was a chance he might get hurt.
