I hired Liberty Locksmith Store for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Liberty Locksmith Store, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Houston, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….

I had my locks changed only last week with new ones and I wasn’t exactly in dire need of services from a locksmith at that moment. But I decided to test out all the hype surrounding Liberty Locksmith Store! My aunt recommended them, the neighbor recommended them and the people on the web seemed to have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. I called them up to review my property, the new locks and determine if my security setup was robust enough to keep out any potential intruders. Turns out, it wasn’t, according to Eric from Liberty Locksmith Store. To prove his point, he dismantled the new lock installed only last week. To my utter disbelief, the lock on the outside looked all shiny and new, but the inside was made of pure plastic. Eric said it was common for locksmiths to scam people this way and get them to replace locks with expensive ones, only to replace it with cheap, poor-quality locks. That’s a lesson I’d learnt that day!!! I scheduled an appointment the following weekend and had those cheap locks replaced right away. It didn’t even cost me half of what it cost me earlier… Liberty Locksmith Store is definitely worthy of every bit of praise heaped upon it! The best in Houston, TX, undeniably!!! Now, I’m one of those people that’s joined the bandwagon and recommend Liberty Locksmith Store to anyone who’s in need of a good locksmith.

Showed up right on time and took care of things! Tired of manually opening the garage space, I needed a new lock for the garage door. Tim from Liberty Locksmith Store fitted me with a nice remote controlled door lock. It’s been over a week now, and I simply love the new lock installed. I also got a good bargain on the selling price of the lock. If you need your money’s worth, I’d recommend you hire them. Hands down, the BEST in Houston, TX. Liberty Locksmith Store arrived very quickly and went out of their way to ensure that my lock was taken care of quickly and efficiently. They were incredibly trustworthy and friendly, and explained the locks to me and made sure everything was safe. Highly recommended.

After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. I found myself locked out of my apartment and just needed to get back in since my keys and spare were BOTH inside. My friends all quickly jumped in with horror stories about how much they had to pay when this happened to them, but after a little yelping, I came upon Liberty Locksmith Store. Kobbi called me back that morning and despite it being the friday before Labor Day, said that he would stop by on his way out of town. While waiting for Jay I'd run into a neighbor who'd told me his sob story about how this had just happened to him and he had to pay something like $120, but even though my door had some crazy security bar on it, Kobbi managed to get it open and for only $50! I'm so grateful - it was quick and painless and I'd recommend them to anyone who finds themselves locked out. Lifesaver.

They had great availability for the install and were right on time literally arrived at 2 PM on the dot. Scott did the installation and went over my options without trying to up sell me.
