It was a small, nevertheless, a highly important job that I needed done. I was leaving on a 2-week vacation and my mailbox would be left unprotected during that duration. I didn’t want that and needed someone to install a lock on it. Despite their jam-packed schedule, they managed to send a technician to my location within half an hour after I’d called them on 404-479-6162. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong key for my car online believing that I had received a great deal. Jack politely explained what went wrong and why it wouldn’t work. He then told me he’ll get what I wanted and the price quoted was the best I could find anywhere. He got the key made quickly and it worked amazingly. We had Affordable Locksmith Services come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys. Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!

Called Affordable Locksmith Services early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. Mike return my called within minutes and was by the locked car within 15 minutes of our initial call. He got the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. Fantastic experience with Affordable Locksmith Services. They were very flexible with our schedules, and once the locksmith arrived he was knowledgable, highly skilled, and very pleasant to be around. Also, he worked very quickly, and our locks were changed within probably 20 minutes, and he went out of his way to explain the services that were being provided. They almost make me want to lock myself out of my house more often just so I can deal with them more often!
