I suspected someone had tried breaking into my shop the previous night and I couldn’t risk a recurrence. I wanted better, stronger locks. Eric was thorough with his job and after a complete assessment, he gave me a list of options that would work. I got a high-security top grade padlock installed and received a good bargain on it. I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. When I saw all the amazing reviews, I thought "can a locksmith really be this great?" Yes. They Can. I got locked out of my apartment the other night, with a busted doorknob that wouldn't turn. Neighborhood Locksmith Store had a bunch of other jobs but made sure to keep in touch with me and let me know what time he'd be there. Showed up in an hour and within 10 minutes, my door was opened. And he completely fixed my doorknob all for under $100 late night. Mike the tech doesn't want to rip you off, and you can tell he really wants to do a great job and be friendly while also helping the customer out.

Gorge was great! - very quick and responsive (I called him at 7:25pm while he was waiting for another client to show up and he got to my place around 8pm) - very thorough (went out again to get another piece to fit around my lock so that it actually fit in with the door) - and just did a great job all around (considering that my lock had been crazily installed previously, resulting in the lock actually poking out of the door, and actually having broken my key IN the lock) Too bad this is one of those businesses that you'd hope to never use again! (but if I were ever drunkenly locked out I'd definitely call Neighborhood Locksmith Store )

Mike from Neighborhood Locksmith Store was amazing. He was professional, friendly, and did the whole lock change in like 15 minutes. He talked to me throughout changing my locks, and explained everything to me as he was doing it. He told me funny anecdotes about his work, and really just brought a huge smile to my face. I'm so glad Neighborhood Locksmith Store was available and that I found them online, huge score for Companies like that. Thanks Mike, it was a pleasure meeting you!

Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Kennedale, TX. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Neighborhood Locksmith Store has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Neighborhood Locksmith Store.

I needed a top lock with a plate cover and not really knowing what locksmiths do besides let you in when you're locked out I didn't realize at first that I needed to call one. When i check online its help me to find Neighborhood Locksmith Store and thank goodness. Scott set up an appointment for a few days later, called the day of to let me know how his schedule was going, showed up early with warning, and did an all around awesome job. Afterward he explained to me what he'd done and why and made sure everything was working for me before he left. The flat fee meant no surprises. These guys are the best.
