I called them after 11 pm to help me get through the jammed door, and by 11 30 pm I was back inside. The best part? I wasn’t charged a penny extra for the late night service. The ignition cylinder in my car was broken and wouldn't turn, preventing it from starting. After calling around, Paul by far sounded the most friendly & knowledgable, so I decided to give them try. James came in a short amount of time and was finished working in under an hour. He even had a great sense of humor and had me laughing while he worked. After calling a dozen different locksmiths in Bellevue, WA , I was giving up hope that I would find a place that would install a lock at a reasonable price. Enter Anchor Locksmith Store. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Bellevue, WA that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. He was very professional and so nice that I have no doubt I'll only call Anchor Locksmith Store if I ever need help with a lockout or any other lock related problem!

Anchor Locksmith Store was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Bellevue, WA are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). He advised me that if he didn't think he could fix it he would refer us to someone else in the area. I found this to be very honest and helpful. Luckily, he was able to help us! He was thorough, professional, and fast and very reasonably priced. I would use him again and recommended him to anyone in need of a locksmith.

These guys were very nice. They were only 10 minutes late but gave us a huge discount. Good work, nice and professional, they also did extra odd jobs around the apartment. Will definitely use again.

Called Anchor Locksmith Store early in the AM. Our nanny locked her keys in her car and we needed to get the keys out before I left to work. Mike return my called within minutes and was by the locked car within 15 minutes of our initial call. He got the car unlocked in under 30 seconds. I was on my way to worked at the normal time and Mike couldn't have been more courteous and professional. I would trust him with any job and highly recommend him to others. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable.
