I hired Lock & Locksmith Tech for a complete security overhaul and here’s my review: Excellent response – I wasn't put through IVR and was patched through immediately Quick arrival time – After I’d placed the call to Lock & Locksmith Tech, it took them only 10-15 minutes to get there. Job completion –Technicians seemed to know what they were doing, which enabled them to get the job done within an hour. Pricing – Extremely reasonable! In fact, they didn’t charge me anything for the assessment and only charged for the new locks and repairs. Customer satisfaction – one-hundred percent!! Will I recommend them? If you live in Ridley Park, go for it – I bet you can’t find anyone better….

Everything the rest of the Online say is true, which is why I called these guys. They are simply the best - reasonably priced, professional, speedy. It was 1 am on a Sunday night, my date and I were coming home from a show in Ridley Park, PA , and my keys were sitting on my kitchen table. Oops. Called <Company Nmae> and Ben showed up in a half hour (I'm not joking - we hadn't even finished our beers at the dive bar on the corner.) He was professional, not creepy, and didn't make me feel stupid for locking my keys out. I live in a building with really tricky doors, and although luckily a neighbor buzzed me in downstairs, Ben was willing to try the outer doors (even though they were likely impossible.) He got my into my apartment in no time. I will never call another locksmith, ONLY TO: Lock & Locksmith Tech.

I contacted Lock & Locksmith Tech about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue! Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Lock & Locksmith Tech , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. These guys are great - they're going by Lock & Locksmith Tech. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Very responsive, and took less than an hour to get to me and this was also on a Saturday night. Then only took 5 minutes to get me back into the apartment. Very friendly and professional. No one likes being locked out but if it happens, I would highly recommend Lock & Locksmith Tech.
