I’d just moved into this new place and wanted to get my locks replaced. Without further ado, I called up Dave from Griffith Locksmith Service after finding the contact details on http://www.GriffithLocksmithService.com. The technician came over but wasn’t allowed to proceed with the installation. Apparently, I needed to get the right permission from the owner before I could change the locks. Dave was understanding and didn’t even charge me for the call out. I scheduled an appointment a week later. After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Griffith Locksmith Service to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.
