Once I’d called them on 404-946-0937, they arrived in twenty minutes and got the lock fitted in another ten. If you’re a busy person and don’t have the time to invest, I highly recommend that you hire them. They resolve most requests within 30 minutes. Best in Decatur, GA, I’d say!

Perfectionists! That’s the only way I could describe John and his amazing team from Decatur Locksmith Store. The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called D…

The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Decatur Locksmith Store and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. After getting really creepy texts and voicemails from my last locksmith, I decided to get my locks changed again and a chain installed. I emailed the company at 10 at night on a Saturday and Mike responded in under 10 minutes. He gave me a 1 hour time (super awesome for not having to wait around too long) and was there right on time, which is already above and beyond. He was so helpful and professional and a joy to talk to. They offer some peace of mind, I want to pay it forward by leaving another 5-star review. Decatur Locksmith Store are rad.

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store…

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. Decatur Locksmith Store - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Decatur, GA that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Decatur, GA ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Decatur Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Decatur, GA !

Got a couple of key copies made at a hardware store at a cheap price. None of the keys worked and one got stuck in the keyhole of the front door. Contacted Decatur Locksmith Store and spoke to Eric who offered me a quote. This happened around 10 pm and Decatur Locksmith Store was the only firm that had agreed to my service request. Eric arrived quickly and had the troublesome key removed. Since I was now left without any spare keys, Eric was kind enough to make new copies on-the-spot. It took him less than thirty minutes and the keys worked flawlessly. Extremely satisfied and happy with the services! If I ever need a locksmith in Decatur, GA, I’ll turn to Decatur Locksmith Store for help! Highly recommended!

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I have recommended this locksmith business to other establishments I know of, cheers to you Dave and Scott. Decatur Locksmith Store are the best in Decatur, GA.

He spent 2 hours trying to fix the lock, disrupting my business’ activity. It would have paid off if he’d actually managed to fix the lock, but he didn’t! An utter waste of my time and money.. that’s when I decided to call Decatur Locksmith Store! I recall having read a couple of positive reviews on the web about these guys and figured they could help me out! And sure enough, I’d made the right choice! It took the technician from Decatur Locksmith Store barely ten minutes to fix the lock! WOW! It was probably the expertise they had, that was behind the super quick fix.. Anyway, one thing was for sure! I was never gonna call any other locksmith in Decatur, GA except for Decatur Locksmith Store. Definitely, the best there is!
