Perfectionists! That’s the only way I could describe John and his amazing team from Decatur Locksmith Store. The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Decatur Locksmith Store and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. I couldn’t be more indebted to Decatur Locksmith Store for helping out of a tight spot! I was getting ready for an interview at a firm that I’d always dreamt of getting into. I’ve been planning this day for weeks, my files were all organized and locked up in the car trunk, my clothes ironed out, my leather shoes shined and my car sent for a tune up. But despite my meticulous planning, fate had other plans. After arriving at the venue, when I tried to open up the trunk, it just wouldn’t budge. The lock was jammed shut and all my files, my resume, my portfolio was locked up in it. It was the worst nightmare ever! Thankfully I still had half an hour before the interview started and I called up Joe, the trusted locksmith from Decatur Locksmith Store.
He got there in ten minutes and it took him barely a few minutes to get my trunk unlocked. Super efficient and super fast services! This place is hands down the best locksmith in Decatur, GA !
When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business!
So we went to Online and found Decatur Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled!
Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Decatur, GA !
