Student Services helped me with my loan consolidation. It was first time I was treat right and not made to pay the standard payment. I know the laws and I have a right to lower payment offered by the department of education. Student Services helped me get that setup and helped me develop a far more affordable income based plan. I knew that I wasn’t going to be able to manage my federal loans on my own and I’m not going to listen to my loan servicer’s tactics to pay a higher payment just because it looks like my income can support that because it can’t. I own money for my car, my housing, my utilities and other necessities. I just want to get by without damaging my credit score and not have to pay absurd rates. Thank you Student Services for helping me find a way for me to save on my loan servicer. Student Services has the best services for debt consolidation and loan servicer interactions. They are really responsible with my student loans.

I had a really good experience with student services. I received a call from one of the agents and they explained to me my situation and how they can help me. I was really happy with the work that they have done for me so far. I can’t thank them enough for the help they have given me. I was really struggling to make my payments, but student services somehow managed to bring my payment amount down significantly. They informed more about the income based plans available and that I could qualify for a much lower payment. When I spoke to my loan servicer, they were very ambiguous about more affordable plans. At first they only offered 5 years, 10 years and 15 year payments but I wanted a different approach let alone the hassle of reconfiguring my loans. Student Services drafted a plan and emailed me updates regularly! After working with student services for a while now I can see that my loan servicer is working nicely with student services and I have more time to myself without the heartache.

I've already spent a couple of bucks trying to solve my student loans myself because a lot of people are asking me for fees. One day I happen to came upon an old colleague where we had a recap of all the things that had happened as students when we reached to a point where we tackled about our student loan. I was shocked to know I spend more than he ever spent with the help of Student Services. It wasn’t too late for me to ask their services but I already wasted a lot of money. I haven’t had such a great and professional experience in a long time. I’m always concerned about the practices that are involved with personal information and other similar services, but Student services knows how to take care of clients and provide the best communication for the services that they provide. I enjoy working with people that execute a momentous task quickly and effectively.

I like these kids a lot. I had to hound my loan servicer just to get all sort of crap excuses to make me pay a ridiculous standard payment. I contacted student services from the website I was recommended to check out. It was kind of a hassle to get set up but then again I wasn’t really prepared. Once they had my stuff it was really smooth sailing. My lender still gives me crap about working with a third party but you know what, student services made my life so much easier. I evaluate my situation with my lender and as far as I know everything right so I don’t know what’s up. The Dept. of edu. needs to get their stuff together and help out us low income people with more professional servicers like Student Services. Super easy! Anyway I had no real issues I recommend them and I hope my feedback was helpful to everybody out dealing with a lame lender.
